Backyard World is currently seeking a positive, friendly and motivated individual to fill a sales associate position.  Members of our sales team are responsible for aggressive sales growth in the growing outdoor products market.

- Must LOVE working with people, be dependable and willing to work flexible hours (some evenings & weekends)

- Must be teachable / coachable, be a great listener and must maintain a strong knowledge of product info.

- Must be self-motivated (ability to self manage), have a drive to succeed and be competitive.

- No cold calling . . No door knocking.

- Commission based.

- Basic computer skills are needed.
