DUTIES INCLUDE
- Assure and secure the building at the close of each working day, per agency protocols
- Managing D.O.T. logs for company trucks and delivery team members
- Typical Monday thru Friday work schedule, however some Saturdays are required during peak seasons
- Working with builders on product production and availability for delivery
- Contacting customers to schedule delivery / pick-up / moves
- Warranty claims
- Maintaining professionalism always with customers and co-workers
- Answering phone system, transferring calls to correct location and collecting messages
- Communicating with customers regarding location accessibility
- New order processing
- Respect and maintain privacy of orders and repossessions
- ServiceM8 Scheduling System
- Scanning and data input
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be teachable and coachable
- Hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly pay period along with holiday and vacation pay
